Application

TF series is particularly suitable for purifying turbine lubricating oil. It also applys to treat hydraulic, coolant oil and other lubrication in which contain large of water, vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectric and colloid.

It can eliminate them effectively and efficiently. TF series will result in the improvement of the properties of turbine oil, other lubrication and extend the maintenance period of turbine or other equipment which has lubrication system and keep them operate in good condition.

Description

The TF series turbine oil purifier is developed using vacuum evaporation technology, coagulation technology, coalescing technology, separation engineering, and refined purification technology. It can efficiently and quickly remove water, gases, impurities, colloids, and dielectric substances under high vacuum conditions, allowing waste oil to be reused.

The lubrication oil for turbines or other equipment with lubrication systems often needs to be replaced due to the mixing of vapor, water, and other impurities. If not addressed, oil deterioration can lead to machinery failure or negatively impact normal operations.

The TF series can effectively extend the lifespan of oil and protect turbines and other machinery with lubrication systems from damage.

Features

  1. Three-stage Gradually Dense Filtration System
    The imported filter material (HPM) filter element offers high precision, long life, and repeated use without needing frequent replacement, effectively filtering impurities from the oil. The filter element is characterized by high filtration accuracy, large dirt-holding capacity, low resistance, and long service life. This creates a reliable solid pollutant filtration system that ensures oil cleanliness and meets the operating standards of turbine oil in the power industry. The filter elements can operate in various specifications (1, 3, 5, 10/>10μm) with a combination of stainless steel filter elements, typically in groups of three or more. Unlike plate and frame oil filters, frequent filter paper replacement is not necessary, reducing turbine oil waste.

  2. Water Demulsification System
    Using advanced polymer and copolymer materials, this system can rapidly demulsify and separate water from oil, achieving thorough dehydration with high efficiency. For units with significant water contamination, a specialized coalescing separation filter element ensures an even higher water removal rate.

  3. Aggregation Separation and 3D Flash Evaporation
    This system quickly and thoroughly removes water and gas from oil, ensuring optimal purification.

  4. Low-temperature Oil Treatment Technology
    This technology completely removes water from the oil, ensuring the oil pressure meets the required standards.

  5. Backwash System
    Designed for rapid backwashing of filter elements prone to clogging, this system ensures continuous purification without the need for manual disassembly and cleaning.

  6. Infrared Automatic Controller
    Developed by the company, this controller automates the oil entry through a solenoid valve, discharges oil via the oil pump, and maintains a balanced oil level in the vacuum tank.

  7. Interlock Control of the Heating Device
    Using an infrared liquid level controller, the equipment detects and analyzes liquid levels, preventing dry burning of the heating device.

  8. Balanced Heating System
    This system ensures even heating of the oil, with a fast heating rate that prevents localized carbonization.

  9. Fuzzy Regional Heating Control
    This system automatically adjusts heating operations according to the set temperature, providing stable and balanced heating without temperature fluctuations.

  10. Digital Display Intelligent Temperature Controller
    Equipped with adjustable upper and lower heating temperature limits, the controller provides stable control and intuitive temperature display. The temperature probe directly detects oil temperature, ensuring sensitivity and accuracy without delays.

  11. Group or Multi-step Heating Control
    For equipment with large heating power, group control or multi-step heating can be used. Group heating allows selective input based on site conditions, while multi-step heating automatically adjusts heating power based on the oil temperature. This allows rapid heating at low temperatures and energy-saving operation when maintaining preset temperatures, avoiding overheating or carbonization.

  12. Built-in Circulation System
    The machine includes an internal circulation system for continuous oil purification within the equipment.

  • Dehydration (Degas) System
  • The vacuum vessel can enlarge evaporation area efficiently. The heater, being placed on the vacuum vessel, becomes an evaporator. Thus the evaporation area of vacuum vessel is three times more than that of the ordinary vacuum vessel. This innovation can dehydrate and degas effectively and efficiently.
  • The optimal structure of the dehydration (degas) system enlarges the surface area of oil exposed to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.
  • Filtering System
  • The filtering materials with variable apertures are made of specialized glass fiber. The sizes of the filtering fiber and aperture dwindle gradually in the different filtering stages. The impurities with different particulate sizes are filtered step by step. The capability of removing particulate matters and impurities is improved greatly by this method.
  • The filtering system has stable and perfect filtering fineness. The filtering fineness has several grades, including 1, 2,3,4,5,6,10 µm etc. Oil β≥1000 after filter.
  • The filtering system is equipped with reverse rinse and filth device. It improves the effectiveness of filtering and extends the lifetime of filter awfully.
  • Oil heating System
  • The unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly.
  • Oil Heater System assures less than 1.0 w/cm². During the heating process, the deterioration of the oil caused by overheating is avoided.
  • The oil temperature can be adjusted between 20℃ to 80℃.The heater is controlled manually or automatically. The heater will stop automatically when the oil temperature reaches a certain degree.
  • Being installed with safety protection devices, the heating system is secure and reliable. The heater will stop operation automatically when the oil volume of inlet is too low to avoid the damages of the heater.
  • Electrical Apparatus controlling System
  • The main components of the electrical apparatus made by Schneider, Siemens and so on ensure the safety of the controlling system.
  • Having several protection systems which will avoid oil ejection, overload and over voltage etc.
  • Oil-level Controlling System
  • The oil-level floating ball or infrared liquid level automatic controller system are installed in the vacuum vessel to control the oil level so as to avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum pump in the operation.
  • The new innovation of eliminating froth can avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum pump.

Working Principle

When the oil purification machine starts, contaminated oil enters into the primary filter under the effect of pressure difference, in which large particles of particulate matters are filtered off. Therefrom the oil is heated and goes into the secondary filter, in which fine particles of matters are removed. Then the oil goes into the water separator, the free, soluble water is separated from the oil and drained to the water collector. After that, oil passes through the fine filter and fine particles of matters is removed during the process. Finally oil goes into the vacuum tank, where residual trace of water is removed and steam is condensed in the condenser or expelled out by the vacuum system. The reused oil is drained by oil pump in the end.

Guarantees & documentation

SINO-NSH Warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or twelve (12) months after the start up of the system. SINO-NSH’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, without charge F.O.B. point of manufacture, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within warranty period. SINO-NSH shall not in any event be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. The performance guarantee will be within limitations as detailed in duty & performance paragraph of this specification.
